This raffel machine key part is the cylinder shape. We have presntly made nealry 20 kinds of cylinder shape to produce versatile patterns on this machine.
Also, working width is custom order according to fabric width.

4. Raffel machine plisse patterns
The first, fourth, fifth, sixth below are made by straight roller. The second, third and eighth are made by wavy profiled roller. The seventh is made by square / cube roller.
5. Machine package & loading:
To avoid insect and fumigation formalities, we use strong plywood for packing material. And machine is fixed tightly inside by brace.
6. After-sale service
Adjustment / training
1. Seller can send one engineer to buyer's site for instruction & training if needed. The fee is USD100/day/people. Time for travelling is included. Tentative time is 2-3 days.
2. Buyer is in charge of the translation, accomodation, food and round ticket between China Shanghai and Buyer country.
Guarantee
Guarantee time for machine including all parts is one year since machines are delivered.
Maintenance
1. Parts damaged due to personal negligence in guarantee time.
Cost of damaged parts will be charged.
2. Parts damaged due to proper operation in guarantee time.
Seller is responsible for sending parts for replacement by air in the first time.
3. Guarantee expires.
